Returns by Mail in the United States:

Custom orders can be returned. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. We have a restocking fee of 50% of your order total due to the customized nature of your order. Most of the time, we cannot resell your custom-made order.

Before returning your item, please contact customer service at contact@relaxcation.info or via online chat on our website. Unopened, unused product must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Open product must be returned within 7 days of original purchase and contain all unused portions.

  • All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
  • All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your exchange from the date of receipt at the warehouse. You will be contacted by Relaxcation Company to provide payment for the replacement item to be shipped to you. The cost will be determined by current shipping rates at the time of replacement.
